Ingredients
- 2 bagels, sliced
- 1 t. spoon (30 ml) of butter
- 1 avocado, cut in halves, coreless, and sliced
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced or grated cheese
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1 tomato sliced
Instructions
- Start the oven at 350 ° F.
- On a cutting board, using a knife, enlarge the hole of 2 half bagels to about 4 cm in diameter.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and place the half-bagels, crusted up. Leave them golden about 2 min. Put the other two halves in the toaster.
- Return the half-bagels to the pan and break an egg in each of the enlarged holes. Garnish with slices of avocado and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes until the white is cooked and the yolk is still flowing. Wrap the handle of the pan with aluminum foil if it is plastic.
- In the meantime, spread the toasted halves with mayonnaise.
- Remove the bagels from the oven.
- Assemble the sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes.
